- Spiritual Maturity: A growing relationship with Christ and a commitment to serving the church with humility and joy.
- Musical Proficiency: Strong vocal and /or instrumental skills; ability to lead both traditional and contemporary music.
- Versatility: Comfortable directing a choir, leading a band, and navigating a blended worship environment.
- Experience: Prior experience in worship leadership, ensemble directions, or church music is helpful but not required for the right candidate.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire volunteers, collaborate with the Pastor, and cultivate a healthy, grace-filled ministry culture.
Why This Role Matters
Blended worship is more than a musical style - it's a ministry of unity. You'll help bridge generations, honor the church's heritage, and invite people into fresh expressions of praise. If you're passionate about worship that is both rooted and relevant, this is a place where your gifts can flourish.
